By downloading, installing, or using Sharewise ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Sharewise is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to help you analyze, understand, and interact with content you share. You can share links, images, text, audio, video, and other content to receive AI-generated analysis, summaries, translations, and other results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sharewise. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you share with the app
• You must have the necessary rights or permissions to share any content you send to Sharewise, especially audio and video content
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's operation

5. AI-generated content

Results provided by Sharewise are generated by artificial intelligence and are estimates only. They should not be treated as facts or relied upon for critical decisions. AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.

You acknowledge that AI results are provided "as is" and use them at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual property

Sharewise, its design, features, and underlying technology are the property of Sharewise and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without prior written consent.

7. Content rights

You retain all rights to content you share with the app. By sharing content, you grant Sharewise a limited, temporary license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested analysis. This license terminates when processing is complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharewise and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will be accurate or complete.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
